As numbers opt in to your keyword from their cell phone, they will be stored in your Call-Em-All contacts. Therefore, you can absolutely send text messages to your group through an authorized phone number. You can also send them voice and text broadcasts from your smartphone on our mobile site: m.call-em-all.com. Did we create a native iOS or Android app, no. But there were a lot of reasons why we didn't and we address many of them in our post explaining our decision at http://blog.call-em-all.com....

But the reality is you can take advantage of iOS and Android's ability to turn it into an App (there are additional benefits that we are able to tap into on the devices by doing this) by saving it to your home screen.

We totally understand your thought on thinking it is "just a website", but to be honest, there is a lot of great technology behind what we've just released. We hope you benefit from the mobile app and it makes using Call-Em-All on your smartphone a much better experience.

Re: Introducing Call-Em-All Mobile App

So, it's actually not really an app -- "just" a website specifically designed for mobile access (hence m.call-em-all.com etc.) ... The reason we didn't separate, or allow the choice to separate, is we have found that our customers want to send the message to every number they have so to ensure the message gets received. If you've got a specific use case where we should be, please shoot us an email and let us know. Since this is a new feature we know we can always learn and improve as we hear from our users.

With regard to your question about the credits, if you aren't already, I'd suggest the Monthly plan. It is by far the most popular plan for our church users. It allows you to call the numbers in your congregation as many as you need during the month, without the need to worry about your credit level.

Re: Announcing Church Management Software Integrations

Love it! That said, it likely wouldn't matter because the TCPA has specific exemptions for non-profit, tax-exempt organizations. Even with the exemptions, I would discourage you from making these calls just because of the hassle and expense that a lawsuit could bring you. If nothing else, I would recommend that you to put TCPA-compliant opt-out mechanism at the beginning of the call - just to be safe.

Here's a link that shows the non-profit exemption - http://thedma.org/wp-conten...

Sorry for the delay in responding. It seems like it should be mostly considered an informational call, but since there is $$ involved, I wonder if they could consider it telemarketing.

Re: Call-Em-All is Customer Service!

@Ruby Please email accountsupport@call-em-all.com to better handle your situation.

Re: Call-Em-All is Customer Service!

for some reason I can't get on the web site to get my code.

Re: 8 Years of Call-Em-All!

I am glad to have been be part of this.. truthfully I thought the name was a bit nuts, but it has turned out to be right on track.. You could then filter your contacts by those who have opted out and then simply delete them.

To do this, after logging in, click on Reports and then select Opt Out Report on the left menu. In the bottom left corner click on Upload File. From there, it is just like uploading a list to import into your contacts.

Give us a call and we'll be happy to walk you through it if you'd like.
